About CyWire
What We Do
CyWire is a platform for building Master Prompts—structured JSON blueprints that turn AI into a reliable data layer.
Instead of wrestling with natural language prompts that hallucinate or produce unpredictable results, Master Prompts give you consistent, validated results you can actually ship.
We're not building another AI chat interface. We're solving the prompt engineering problem: how do you get reliable, structured data from AI models consistently? Master Prompts are the answer.

Who This Is For
Product teams, developers, and business users who need AI features that work reliably. If you're shipping AI into production—whether as a core feature, a reporting tool, a workflow automation, or an agentic system—you need predictable output. That's us.
You don't need to be a developer to create a Master Prompt. You don't need to be a prompt engineer. Product managers, content strategists, business analysts—anyone building an AI-driven workflow can build one through our visual builder, test it, and hand off a bulletproof JSON blueprint to your dev team.
The Problem We're Solving
AI is everywhere now. But most implementations treat it like a chat interface—type a question, hope for good output. That doesn't work for business-critical workflows.
Natural language prompts are vague. They hallucinate. They produce different results on different runs. Chain a few together and you're debugging unpredictable behavior instead of building features.
You need structure. You need validation. You need the same output format and expected content every single time. That's what Master Prompts deliver.
Why CyWire Exists
AI features are integral in every new project I work on. Not as an afterthought—as core functionality. And I realized the same problem kept showing up: how to make AI reliable?
The answer wasn't just better prompting. It was better structure and governance. A Master Prompt is a single JSON file that contains everything your AI and human needs—the guidance, the examples, the immutable variables, the strict output schema, the rules, and human editable sections. Wire your user inputs or data to the variables, pass the compiled full prompt to your LLM, and get back validated JSON you can render immediately.
This approach scales. It's repeatable. You can maintain it without rewriting code. And it works with any LLM or platform. So I built CyWire to make Master Prompts easy to create, edit, test, and share. Not just for developers—for anyone building AI features.
Who's Behind It
I'm a web designer and developer who got tired of flaky prompts. I built CyWire because every site I create will include at least one AI feature, and I needed a foundational AI feature system that actually works.
The platform started as my own tooling of the evolving master prompt approach. It's grown into something anyone can use—and share. A community makes products even better. Whether you're in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, or any other industry that needs reliable AI output, there are many free community Master Prompts to get started with, or build your own.
The Philosophy
AI is going to be in every job. It removes barriers. It shortens timelines. But without proper human orchestration, it destroys codebases and leaves you with overly complex, redundant semi-solutions that real devs will need to fix.
We believe AI features using master prompts should be:
- Structured. Not a black box. Defined inputs, predictable outputs.
- Maintainable. Easy enough for non-developers to create and iterate on.
- Reliable. The same prompt produces the expected result every time. Simple user inputs or data source + CyWire master prompt = reliable AI output.
- Purpose-built. One Master Prompt per feature. Focused. Cost effective. Testable. Shippable. Not against agentic workflows - just use smaller master prompts, not always cost-effective.
Master Prompts aren't the future of AI. They're the foundation for building AI features that actually work in production. Ready to build AI features you can trust? Explore our marketplace of premium industry-specific Master Prompts, or create your own.
